The therapist will spend this time answering any questions you have about the therapy process and practice. Also, the therapist will be gathering history about your presenting problem and begin to collaborate with you about therapeutic goals.

It depends, but we are affordable. We offer a slide scale based on the annual income of your household. We are happy to discuss fee adjustments too!

Telehealth services include video sessions or phone sessions. Instructions will be provided prior to the first session.

Based on the goals, the therapist might use a variety of approaches such as: Person-Centered, Narrative, Mindfulness-Based, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Internal Family Systems.

Sex therapy is an evidenced-based specialized form of counseling that focuses on the sexual health of an individual and relationships. This encompasses a plethora of topics such as: sexual function, pleasure, intimacy, and reproduction.
 
Sex therapy helps treat those experiencing issues with performance, satisfaction, desire, arousal, or pain with sex. Sex therapy is also a treatment for those with a sexual trauma history, sexual orientation issues, and/or sexual behaviors that are causing distress.
